（一）所有参赛运动员必须获得国际航联运动许可证或国际航联无人机运动许可证；
All pilots must obtain FAI sport permit.
（二）在报名时间内，在指定平台中完成注册、认证及报名。
Complete registration, certification and registration in the designated platform within the registration time.
（三）中国大陆运动员参赛资格要求：
Qualification Requirements for China domestic pilots:
1.2024年全国航空航天模型锦标赛F9U项目公开组前64名；
Top 64 in the Open group of F9U project of the 2024 National Aerospace Model Championship;
2.2024年中国无人机竞速联赛分站赛前64名；
Top 64 of the China Drone Racing League in 2024;
3.参加过上述比赛的女子运动员不受名次约束。

（四）参赛运动员报到时须持有效证件原件。中国大陆籍参赛运动员须持有效期内二代居民身份证原件；中国香港、澳门籍参赛运动员须持港澳居民来往内地通行证原件；中国台湾籍参赛运动员须持台湾居民来往大陆通行证原件；非中国籍参赛运动员须持护照原件。
Pilots must have the original valid certificate when reporting for registration. China domestic pilots must have the resident ID card within the validity period; Hong Kong and Macao hold the original travel permit for Hong Kong and Macao residents to the Mainland. Taiwan hold the original mainland travel permit for Taiwan residents. Non-chinese pilots must hold the original passport.
（五）未满18岁的运动员须有监护人陪同，且一名监护人不能同时担任多名参赛运动员的监护人。
Pilots under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a guardian, and a guardian cannot be the guardian of more than one athlete at the same time.
（六）参赛运动员须办理保险金额不低于20万元的“人身意外伤害险”，报到时须提供保险单。
Participating pilots shall apply for "Personal accident insurance" with an insurance amount of not less than 200,000 yuan, and shall provide an insurance policy when reporting.
（七）参赛运动员须签署《参赛承诺书》方可参赛。
Pilots must sign “the Commitment to participate”.
（八）每位参赛运动员只能申报一名助手。
Each pilot can only declare for one assistant.
（九）报名费：参赛人员（运动员、助手、教练员等）应在报到时缴纳报名费，以确保参赛资格的有效性。报名费为成年人20美元/人，青少年10美元/人。
Registration fee: Participants (pilots, assistants, coaches, etc.) should pay the registration. The registration fee is $20 per person for adults and $10 per person for teenagers.
